Overview

Our refund policy lasts 7 days for a prorated refund minus the registration fee and applies to our Original (Lifetime) Course only. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. ***Sales on our 2-week course are final and not eligible for refund***

Example of Policy:

Registration $250 + Tuition $300 = Total $550

Total Paid $550 – Registration $250 – One Day Instruction $50 = Total Refund $250.00

The textbook is yours to keep as it is part of the Registration Fee. Cancellation must be done in writing and presented in person within the timeline described above, with your name, current date, enrollment date, reason for cancellation, and your name both printed and signed. You may also email us at NB*****@***il.com for general questions and concerns, cancellation may be done via email under certain circumstances which will be determined on a case-by-case basis by National Bartenders School of Orange LLC staff, and further proof of identity may be required to do so.

Enrolling online is equivalent to enrolling in person. You may come in and begin your training anytime (including the same day) after enrollment. Any enrollments before or after regular business hours will be considered as enrollments for the next open business day. Example: Enrolled online at 9:55 PM on a Monday night = Tuesday is day 1 of the 7 day refund policy; Enrolled online at 9:55 AM Thursday Morning = Thursday is day 1 of the 7 day refund policy.

We are open 6 days per week: Monday-Thursday: 1:00PM–9:00PM, Friday-Saturday: 12:00PM–4PM, Closed Sunday and most holidays.

Additional non-refundable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your written cancellation is received, we will call/text/email you to notify you that we have received your request to cancel. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and/or the amount prorated.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (usually 3-5 business days).

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Transfers

You may transfer your existing membership to another person instead of cancelling altogether. If you wish to transfer it, send us an email at {NB*****@***il.com} or come in person with the person you wish to transfer the membership to: {1819 E Chapman Ave, Orange, CA 92867}. A transfer fee of $150 will be applied to all transfers and may be paid by either the transferor or transferee.
