Welcome to the Orange County Bartending School!
As part of the National Bartenders Schools, with over 90 affiliates nationwide; Our focus is to help you become a high-volume bartender as well as guide you in quality, 1-on-1 training to receive the best bartending education in Southern California.
We have knowledgeable and friendly staff ready to get your bartending career started. Because all of our classes are taught 1-on-1, we can ensure every one of our students gets the attention and instruction that they need. Most notably, 95 percent of the time you spend in our bartender training program is hands-on and behind a bar with real bar equipment, including POS (Point-of-Sale) systems.
Beyond learning 200+ drinks, part of the 100 hour curriculum is learning the fundamentals of beer and wine. With programs from Budweiser and Guinness you will learn how to tap a keg, an inline keg system, CO2 pressures, sanitation, pouring the perfect draught while maintaining inventory, and layering beer. Additionally, you will learn about the many different wines, and how they pair with certain foods.
Upon completion of the Orange Bartending School program, you will graduate not only with the National Bartenders Certification, but the skills and confidence to be successful entering the world of bartending. Many students graduate in under 2 weeks, but we never take shortcuts or rush you through the process. Students can take as long as needed to become a professional bartender; thus being prepared for a bartending job immediately upon graduation.
In addition to your unmatched education, all of our graduates will receive training in Alcohol Awareness. This is through Responsible Beverage Service (RBS). As a result, you will earn another essential bartending certification that is required by many establishments.
Who attends Orange County Bartending School?
Our students come from all walks of life, and from all over Orange County and neighboring areas. Many of which have found bartending jobs in cities all over Southern California. You may find our graduates working in establishments in these counties:

Most noteworthy, some of our students have excellent bartending jobs on cruise lines, national parks, major sports arenas, and bartending for the Hollywood elite at private events.
After graduation from Orange County Bartending School, we simulate job interviews while providing necessary tools and tips to ensure our graduates are at the top of the hiring list. Many graduates earn at least $30+ an hour with significant opportunity for advancement. If our graduates are unhappy with their wages or workplace, they can go through our acclaimed Lifetime Bartending Job Placement Assistance as many times as necessary for them to land their dream job. We are always here for our students and graduates.
All of our students and graduates, in good standing, receive Lifetime Membership upon enrollment. Why? Because we understand that you, like everyone else, has a life outside of the Orange County Bartending School’s walls. With that being said, should anything come up in your personal life, it’s okay! We are always here for our students, so whether it’s been 2 months or 2 years, you will be welcomed back with open arms. All of our students will continue to receive instruction and hands-on training until the moment they graduate.
